Ryan Minth, creator of C-vane is also a performance sailing coach and a member of the 2005 US Sailing Team (Laser). Recently he has been coaching the Chinese Olympic Radial Women's Sailing team, leading them to China’s first World Championship in an Olympic Sailing Class.
